Welcome to Brent Court, a purpose-designed supported living service in Brent. Opened in August 2025, Brent Court was designed to offer a calm, high-quality environment for people who need specialist or intensive support, without compromising on comfort or independence.
Whether someone is taking their next step towards independence or rebuilding after a difficult chapter, Brent Court offers a safe, supportive foundation for people to grow in confidence and independence.
Spacious, modern living, designed around you
Brent Court is home to five large, self-contained flats, created by transforming what was once 12 smaller units into fewer, more spacious homes. Each flat offers privacy and flexibility, with layouts designed to suit different needs:
- Three flats with separate living rooms
- Two flats with large open-plan living and kitchen areas
- One fully wheelchair-accessible flat
- A large private garden
- 24/7 on-site staff, with CCTV in communal areas for safety and reassurance

Getting around is easy, with connections via Tube, Overground, National Rail, and bus services.
Green spaces
Nearby Gladstone Park offers a cafe, an outdoor gym, and tennis courts, while Neasden and Recreation Ground and Fryent Country Park provide plenty of opportunities for fresh air.

Who we support at Brent Court
Brent Court supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex mental health needs who require specialist support in a calm, high-quality living environment.
Our service is ideal for people who:
- Have higher support needs and benefit from consistent, on-site specialist care
- Require structured support to develop the confidence and daily living skills needed for greater independence
- Are transitioning from a secure, inpatient or crisis setting and need a carefully managed step-down service
- Benefit from a service that combines intensive, individualised support with high-quality, self-contained accommodation
- May benefit from a Positive Behaviour Support-led approach
